We have dealt with Luke and Helen both as landlords and then during the sale of the property. They are both very approachable and happy to help in any way they can. Luke helped us enormously when we had difficulties with our former tenants and went the extra mile to ensure the house was safe. As we were selling an empty house he was happy to keep an eye on the property and remove post as well as deal with everything on completion day.He also called past on a Sunday and ran bits and pieces to the tip for us! He always gave us honest,sensible advise and thus we felt we trusted him in every way.
